USvisa.ae terms and conditions would be binding on anyone intent on the services provided by them. This agreement with the client, customer, or candidate, the Privacy Policy and any information received before submitting visa application form the basis of the agreement with USvisa.ae. Using the website and/or service give USvisa.ae access to your personal information and the ability to book your visa package. In using USvisa.ae, you agree to only use it for lawful purposes. We strongly recommend reading all of the agreements carefully and thoroughly before choosing a visa service. By using our site and services, you acknowledge your understanding of these terms.
1. Scope & Procedures
Clients can use USvisa.ae to obtain a visa and/or other travel documentation, whether they are on vacation or business. www.USvisa.ae offers visa assistance to people worldwide, but the majority of the service is for UAE residents. The service is not available to residents of Azerbaijan and Qatar. As part of our services, the visa staff assists customers with the selection of suitable visa packages as well as the preparation of applications and submissions at the Consulate/Embassy located in the respective country. They help in collecting applications and biometric data, enables applicants to schedule appointments with the Embassy and Consulate, and facilitates document delivery services and customer care services.
We at USvisa.ae are not responsible for the decisions made by the Embassy regarding the applicant's visa applications, and we have no influence over these decisions. As US visa regulations differ for different nations, when you authorize USvisa.ae to represent you, you are agreeing to the document describing the agreement's requirements, limitations, and liability. We prioritize timely delivery of our clients' visas as our top priority. The site displays standard visa processing times and notifies the clients of a likely arrival time for their visa. USvisa.ae, however, does not make any promises about the timeliness of visa applications and approval.
USvisa.ae is not responsible if the visa is denied in case, you did not fulfill any of the US tourist visa requirements or for any of the following reasons (but not limited to):
- A visa application that has been filled out improperly or incompletely.
- Documents such as passports, pictures, application forms, financial and supporting documents that are incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or ambiguous.
- Flight tickets that have not been purchased but are required for visa application clearance.
- Information that could compromise the visa approval such as medical records, criminal history etc.
- Visa processing delayed due to reasons outside the control of USvisa.ae.
A loss incurred by a client due to the above-mentioned circumstances lies with the client alone. As part of our visa services, we can assist you with reserving your flight tickets if you request them. In terms of transit visas, every country has its own set of rules. You should also check with the airlines whether there is a need for a transit flight before you reach your final destination. It is best to book your flight and lodgings only after you have obtained your visa, unless the country's visa requirements dictate otherwise.
2. Documentation
To apply for a visa with USvisa.ae, a client must submit the required information and documents. A third party's documentation, such as that of a partner, family member, employer, sponsor, educational institution, may be required. To ensure speedy processing of visa applications, passports and supporting documents must be submitted by the specified deadline. We reserve the right to refuse your visa application if the documentation does not meet the specifications. USvisa.ae will not submit your visa application until it has received all the required documentation. Applications with incomplete information, inaccurate and misleading information and unclear or incomplete documentation can still result in delays or rejection of U.S. visa. USvisa.ae cannot be held responsible for those factors.
You can only apply for a U.S. visa if your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date you plan to return from your leisure or business United States trip. All interviews with Embassies and Consulates are on a first-come, first-served basis. The applicant's documents will not be returned until the visa issue procedure has been completed by the visa-issuing authorities. When all of the required documents are submitted to USvisa.ae, all applicants automatically consent to this condition. When the applicant receives all the documents back from USvisa.ae, it is necessary to send an email acknowledgement that these papers have been received duly. You will not be eligible for any further adjustments if you do not send the mail on the same day. Any additional changes you wanted to make would be subject to a cost. Before travelling to USA, applicants should ensure they have all of their necessary paperwork in order.
The supporting documents, such as medical records, police clearances, may be valid for only a certain amount of time and will need to be updated and renewed for the visa application process. USvisa.ae may not be held responsible for the validity or accuracy of any applicant's information. Any modifications to plans or further requests in service should be notified in advance to us. The client must notify USvisa.ae via email as soon as the visa has been received by them in proper condition. Any problems caused by the applicant's neglect will not be the responsibility of USvisa.ae.
3. Fee and Payment Mode
Visa service costs are charges that are imposed on top of the visa processing fee levied by the visa-issuing authorities. Payment must be processed right away. All forms of payment are accepted, including online bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. Changes in currency values and immigration costs may change prices without notice. USvisa.ae does not control visa processing fees, and the pricing structure is subject to change without notice at any time. We reserve the right to pass on any increases in charges, and will not be held liable for any increased changes in procedures or prices.
4. Processing Time
The processing times listed on our website are estimates and should be used as guidelines only. USvisa.ae starts processing an applicant's visa application the day it is received. Weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and other public holidays are excluded from the visa application processing period. USvisa.ae will not be held accountable for any fees incurred if a visa application or any portion of the visa application process is delayed or denied as a result of any action or inaction by an immigration authority, embassy, or government entity.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
USvisa.ae is solely responsible for processing U.S. visa applications. USvisa.ae adheres to the guidance provided directly by immigration and embassy departments at the time of application and counsels clients on their visa requirements while applying for their visas on their behalf. It is not guaranteed that you will receive visa approval by availing our services. Diplomats and consulates are in charge of issuing visas and your visa will be approved or rejected by the authority granting it. We cannot control situations such as updated immigration laws and regulations after applicants have applied for visas or conflicts arise between immigration officers at ports of entry and the immigration officers issuing visas. If a visa application is refused on such reasons, USvisa.ae is not liable for additional costs incurred due to that refusal. The client must comply with the conditions of the visa after it is received. If they fail to comply with these conditions, their visas could be revoked and they would be required to leave the country. In the event that the client fails to comply with these conditions, USvisa.ae will not be held responsible.
6. Policies on Cancellation and Refund
The visa application fee is not refundable once it has been submitted to the consulate, even if it is rejected. If you cancel before the application is submitted to the embassy or consulate, you may receive a refund. Refund policies do not cover charges for service, banking, or administration, so a partial refund (no more than 50%) will be remitted. Any changes made to visa policies by the consulate or embassy after the date of submission of your visa request are not entitled to compensation. Packages and pricing for visas are subject to change without notice at any time. Cancelling your visa application must be done via your USvisa.ae account. It can be deleted or cancelled by selecting the appropriate option. Credit card payments made more than one month ago will not be refunded. As an alternative, you will be offered a service credit which can be used toward another visa application only through USvisa.ae. It is important that our clients, as well as others interested in our services, review the website on a regular basis to check for updates or amendment is visa information.
7. Use of Intellectual Property
www.usvisa.ae website's content, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads are the exclusive property of USvisa.ae. We retain the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time. This website's information is current at the time of writing, but it is subject to change. The company may take legal action against those who use its name, logo, trademark, or other distinguishing marks without permission. Third-party links should only be accessed at the user's own risk.
8. Applicable Law & Language
Legal activities are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. USvisa.ae's Terms and Conditions are compliant with all UAE legislation and the country's legal framework. The legal courts of the United Arab Emirates shall handle any disputes between USvisa.ae and its clients. If a visa application is to be processed, all correspondence must be written in English. USvisa.ae is not liable for any inaccuracies found in documents written in other languages.
9. Indemnify
The applicant agrees to indemnify USvisa.ae against any liability or expenditure incurred due to breach of USvisa.ae's terms and conditions. Client(s) or any of their representatives' fraudulent behaviour and third-party claims, actions, or processes initiated against USvisa.ae based on the client's representations or breaches.

USvisa.ae makes no claims or promises about the website's quality, accuracy, or reliability. The information provided was accurate at the time of publishing. We have taken every effort to ensure that the information supplied is correct and accurate.
